Returns & Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied, the online purchases you made through are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 15 days from the ship date. All merchandise, except earrings, may be returned unworn, undamaged, in its original package, along with the receipt and the Return/Exchange form you get from us. Refunds will only be made in the manner in which the payment was made. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping charges/handling fees are non-refundable.

For all defective items please start a damage claim by contacting us

Send clear photos of the wrong/defective item and a copy of the original invoice.

Any refunds, if issued, will be made within ten (10) business days after receipt of the package.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged item during the delivery!
